2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your space, budget, and timeline. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for structural changes. Foxyhomestaging is not liable for third-party contractor work or site conditions beyond our control.

3. Intellectual Property

All original concepts, layouts, and material selections presented by Foxyhomestaging remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered plans for the specified project only.

4. Limitation of Liability

Foxyhomestaging shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our consulting services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific sales increases, foot traffic, or aesthetic outcomes.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Foxyhomestaging reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any lawful reason.

6. Changes to Terms
